Mark Epstein hired him to conduct an investigation in order to answer the Epstein family’s question related to Jeffery Epstein’s death.<\/p>\n
From Fox News:<\/span><\/p>\n Baden, who was hired by Epstein’s brother and observed the autopsy, told Fox News its findings are more consistent with homicidal strangulation than suicidal hanging.<\/strong> <\/span>He noted that the 66-year-old Epstein had two fractures on the left and right sides of his larynx, specifically the thyroid cartilage or Adam’s apple, as well as one fracture on the left hyoid bone above the Adam’s apple, Baden told Fox News.<\/p>\n “Those three fractures are extremely unusual in suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation,”<\/span><\/strong> Baden, who is also a Fox News contributor, said.<\/p>\n While there’s not enough information to be conclusive yet<\/u>, the three fractures were “rare,” said Baden, who’s probed cases involving O.J. Simpson, President John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, record producer Phil Spector, New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez and many others.<\/p>\n “I’ve not seen in 50 years where that occurred in a suicidal hanging case,”<\/span><\/strong> the 85-year-old medical legend told Fox News.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n In July, they discovered Jeffery Epstein on the floor with marks on his neck. He was placed on a suicide watch, then taken off. They transferred him to another cell, with a cellmate. However, they moved the cellmate to another cell and left Epstein alone again.<\/p>\n Other things went wrong as well, like guards sleeping during their shift and neglecting their rounds… And video\/filming not being conducted in the vicinity.
