Self-defense shooting at Gulf Breeze home ruled justified<\/strong><\/p>\n by Kristie Henderson The Office says the shooting death of Erich Gunter Reitz has been deemed justified and no charges will be filed.<\/p>\n On April 30, officials say Reitz stabbed both of his parents multiple times at their home at Blair Circle.<\/p>\n The father then shot Reitz, who authorities say later died at a hospital.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n 1 \/ 0 \/ 0 Assault Victim Shoots Two Time Attacker to Death<\/strong><\/p>\n by Bob Irwin Sheriff\u2019s Homicide Detectives responded to a residence on Lake Gregory Drive to conduct the investigation. They learned that three men had approached the victim around 9 P.M.<\/p>\n The victim recognized one of the approaching men as an associate of a suspect who had beaten him up him back in January. That assault resulted in the victim being hospitalized.<\/p>\n As the three men approached, the victim felt threatened by them and their verbal taunts. \nMountain News in Arrowhead, CA reports a 29-year-old resident of Crestline was shot July 11 at Lake Drive and Lake Gregory Drive moments after he began to assault a 27-year-old male victim. This is according to an incident report and a press release from the San Bernardino County Sheriff\u2019s Department.<\/p>\n
