A lot of people have been asking behind the scenes what is happening with the ‘Alaska Bob’ Glaves’ case<\/a> – adding that all they hear is crickets, including around the town of Port Angeles, WA.\u00a0 This is the community where a lot of people participated in the ride supporting Bob and donated to the charity to help him get to the Vietnam War Memorial to see the names of his war buddies one last time before he dies.<\/p>\n

Here is what we know:<\/p>\n

Military Records<\/strong> – Several organizations are conducting their own investigation and trying to get Bob’s military records on their own.\u00a0 We are confident the records they get will be similiar if not exactly the same as what we’ve already posted.\u00a0 We have encouraged this so people can see for themselves directly from the National Archives.<\/p>\n

These organizations include one charity and the local newspaper.\u00a0 It sounds as if there is a forthcoming article and if published, we will provide the link here.<\/p>\n

Bob’s “Response”<\/strong> – We also have gotten word that Bob is preparing a response complete with a DD-214 that will supposedly exhonorate him and prove he was in Vietnam.\u00a0 Well, we’re waiting.\u00a0 What’s taking so long?\u00a0 It shouldn’t be that hard.<\/p>\n
