Clinton and Hillary.

The following article specifies that the individual who is designated as a ‘target’ at a party has no recollection of the alleged incident, and the conclusion is that it is made up out of whole cloth.

https://thefederalist.com/2019/09/15/alleged-victim-in-new-york-times-kavanaugh-story-doesnt-remember-incident/

In regard to why the Congress critter (bitch) who wants another investigation is pursuing this, read on.

Kavanaugh was hired by Ken Starr to work for him on the Whitewater investigation. This investigation eventually led to the testimony of Monica Lewinsky regarding her Oval Office behavior with Pres. Clinton and elsewhere, and to the impeachment of Pres. Clinton.

https://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-pol-kavanaugh-rosenstein-starr-20180926-story.html

From the article: Kavanaugh and Rosenstein held very different jobs during their tenure with Starr, but faced many of the same pressures.

A graduate of Yale Law School, Kavanaugh was a top Starr deputy who spent his early time on the independent counsel team reinvestigating the suicide of White House lawyer Vince Foster. Some conservative members of Congress had pushed the theory that Foster had been killed to prevent him from disclosing sensitive information about Bill or Hillary Clinton. (Note: Foster blew his brains out by putting a gun in his mouth and pulling the trigger. He was profoundly depressed over many things that he encountered in Washington, DC, and felt powerless in the face of them. The gossip that he was killed by a gunshot from behind ignores the fact that a bullet from a gun in your mouth is fired at pointblank range and will destroy the jaws as well as some cervical vertebrae, as well as damage the medulla oblongata, a/k/a the brainstem. All of this results in a quick death. It is very destructive.)

Kavanaugh briefly left Starr’s staff in 1997 before returning to help craft the office’s final report. In memos, the lawyer advocated that President Clinton should be forced from office for “his pattern of revolting behavior” and pushed prosecutors to aggressively and explicitly questioning the president about his sexual activity. – article

The link to the pdf of the Senate investigation re: Whitewater, etc., is here: https://www.congress.gov/congressional-report/104th-congress/senate-report/280/1

In regard to the allegations by Blasey-Ford and the other woman, from the Fort Worth Star:

https://www.star-telegram.com/news/nation-world/national/article219430965.html

From the article: The question is: Does a man who pursued the truth at exceptional cost to his professional and personal life and who passionately believes the Supreme Court can be non-partisan believe an investigation is a necessity in this case?

“Here is my fundamental threshold concern: There was a breakdown in process when this allegation came to (Democratic Calif. U.S. Senator) Dianne Feinstein in July,” Starr said. “For whatever reason, she sat on it and allowed it to be anonymous. Then the name was leaked. There are all of these (discoveries) in the 11th hour; where did this come from?

“Six full FBI investigations before (into Kavanaugh), and now this is a big deal? Not just the United States Court of Appeals, but why wasn’t this brought forward earlier?” – article

Why, indeed, was it not brought forward earlier?

Here’s another tidbit: Hillary Clinton participated in drafting a memo on impeachment, when Nixon was in office. The subject was researched back to the 14th century, to see if impeachment could be used against Richard Nixon, but he resigned before that was attempted. Every now and then, it comes up again. https://news.immitate.com/2019/09/16/hillary-clintons-zombie-impeachment-memo-that-could-help-fell-trump-politico/

From the article: It started in early 1974.

The walls were closing in on a beleaguered Richard Nixon. His aides were going down one by one. He had tried — and failed — to halt the investigations into his behavior by cleaning house during the infamous “Saturday Night Massacre.”

On Capitol Hill, Hillary Rodham, a 26-year-old law school graduate, was hired by the House Judiciary Committee to work on a bipartisan staff effort to help determine whether to impeach Nixon. She joined a team of aspiring lawyers that also included Bill Weld, who would go on to his own illustrious career as a top Justice Department prosecutor, Massachusetts governor and most recently as a longshot 2020 GOP primary challenger against Trump. – article

It was, in fact, resurrected and used against Bill Clinton.

And now we have a vengeful Congress (Pressly) critter who wants to nail Kavanaugh’s hide to a wall over a piece of gossipy, salacious fiction, over fictitious actions denied by the targeted “victim”, who says she has no recollection of it and refuses to appear before the media. The alleged victim’s name is in the book, if you’re interested. The two “authors” of that book tried to blame their editors, which is quite lame. Basically, they made this crap up out of whole cloth, dust bunnies and cloud songs, and ignored the fact that they can be held responsible for what they have published.

Have they and Pressly never heard of libel litigation? None of them are immune to it, including Pressly.

I have never believed in coincidences, and the loud, fierce noises coming out of this non-incident and the Democrats in general on the pre-campaign campaign trail are beginning to sound like a bunch of dogs barking at the moon. Enough of this crap, and even more reasonable people likely to vote (D) may change their minds.

The dogs are still barking at the moon about Brett Kavanaugh.
