The lady involved has no recollection of the assault, and refuses to speak with the media), and is seeking an inquiry against the jurist. This move can only help to remind the public of what a travesty Kavanaugh’s original confirmation hearing became as the Dems resorted to character defamation as a way to block his gaining a SCOTUS seat. Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., one of the four freshman congresswomen known collectively as the \u201cSquad,\u201d is planning Tuesday to introduce a resolution seeking an impeachment inquiry into Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh, despite reluctance from top Democrats to pursue one and concerns about the basis for the latest accusations.<\/p>\n

The resolution follows a New York Times report that included a new allegation of sexual misconduct from when Kavanaugh was in college — although an editors’ note later revealed that the alleged victim did not recall it taking place. In a statement, Pressley only focused on the women who came forward during Kavanaugh\u2019s confirmation process.<\/p>\n

I believe Deborah Ramirez,\u201d Pressley said in a statement shared by Boston.com reporter Nik DeCosta-Klipa, which Pressley retweeted from her official Twitter account. \u201cIt is our responsibility to collectively affirm the dignity and humanity of survivors.\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
