It’s a good time to start your hydration for this evening’s celebrations. We are about to close out the second to last year of this decade. Next year, 2020, will be the last year of the second decade of the 21st century.<\/p>\n

But, the temptation to “liquor up” may cause you to lose sight of the consequences of a hangover. So, here is last year’s tip.<\/p>\n

For every volume of beer that you drink, drink an equal volume of water. Double the volume of water for each volume of liquor, and wine, that you drink. If you can, incorporate some Gatorade hydration.<\/p>\n

Granted, you would have to sacrifice room that you would normally make available for alcoholic beverages. You would still get the effects of getting a buzz, and then feeling good. However, do this right and you’ll wake up tomorrow feeling like you did not even party the previous evening.<\/p>\n
