Man shot after arriving to kid’s party intoxicated and armed, police say<\/strong><\/p>\n By Jen Riess and Carter Williams About 6:30 p.m., the man was dropped off at 4644 S. Hemlock Drive to attend a party at the residence, according to Unified police detective Ken Hansen.<\/p>\n The host saw that the man was under the influence and had a gun in his waistband, so the host told him to leave. Hansen said the host also took the gun and the magazine out of it and then handed it back to the man and asked him to leave.<\/p>\n The man did comply the second time and began walking down the street. Once the man left, the host brought the children into the backyard and went across the street to a neighbor’s house who had a gun and a concealed weapons permit, police said.<\/p>\n The alleged intoxicated man then came to the neighbor’s house and pointed his gun at the two, Hansen said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n 0 \/ 1 \/ 0 Man dies after being shot during a disturbance with estranged wife in south Tulsa <\/strong><\/p>\n by Makenzie Trotter Police say, Luis Simich, 43, had been shot once in the upper torso and later died. <\/p>\n Officers say there was a disturbance with Simich, his estranged wife and her gentleman friend.<\/p>\n This friend of the wife shot Simich after Simich allegedly rammed his car and aggressively came at the man. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n 1 \/ 0 \/ 0 Detroit Homeowner Injured In Shootout With Alleged Intruders<\/strong><\/p>\n DETROIT (WWJ) – Police say a Detroit homeowner was shot and injured after exchanging fire with two suspects who were allegedly breaking into his west side home.<\/p>\n The 36-year-old man told police he was awakened around 4:45 a.m. Saturday by the sound of the front door being kicked in at his home in the 4000 block of 33rd Street, near Michigan Avenue and Livernois.<\/p>\n The homeowner fired one shot at the suspects, who then fired several rounds into the home from the front porch.<\/p>\n The homeowner suffered a gunshot wound to the body as well as a graze wound and was transported to a local hospital. His current condition is unknown. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n
