But the muggers probably thought she would be easy to rob because she seemed \u201cMidwestern nice\u201d and answered the teen\u2019s question about getting to the Nike store about a block away, Quinn said. – article<\/p>\n
They targeted her because she was carrying an iPhone, which immediately marks anyone as a target for theft. A local TV reporter was mugged in her car in a parking space at a convenience a few months ago because she had her e-tablet out.\u00a0 This electronic junk is attractive to thieves and if it’s visible, they want it and will do anything to get it. At least this young lady is alive and will heal, but what happened to her is the reason I still have a flip phone instead of that other stuff.<\/p>\n
The nastiest part about this, in addition to giving her a concussion, is that the adult male was training a teenager to be a criminal. This is as despicable as you can get.<\/p>\n
