Included in his profile was a statement about Army Ranger training. Additionally, he listed security-related work done in the U.S., Iraq, and Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>According to Critchett, he trained Iraqi Special forces and supervised security operations in the Middle East. There&#8217;s no evidence that he claimed to be an Army Ranger. Unfortunately, his page, when it was still up, didn&#8217;t clarify whether he completed training or not or if he served with a Ranger unit.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever it was that he was trying to portray, his career may have hit a speed bump. His security related certifications expired. This isn&#8217;t the only obstacle that he&#8217;s facing.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">According to The Bulletin:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Zachary Paul &#8220;Zac&#8221; Critchett turned himself in to authorities last month after a grand jury approved 24 charges in Deschutes County Circuit Court, including second-degree rape, second-degree sex abuse, second-degree sodomy and using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. Critchett is also charged in Washington County Circuit Court with six child sex crimes, including first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy.<\/p>\n<p>The charging documents allege Critchett abused the same child in numerous scenarios between December 2011 and December 2016.<\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s been ordered to have no contact with children or the family of his alleged victim as he awaits trial.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If he is convicted of these charges, he may need his security experience more than he needed them before.
