The woman didn&#8217;t want to answer, &#8220;but after approximately two hours&#8221; another man who was with the woman told her she should answer because &#8220;Bravo wasn&#8217;t going away,&#8221; according to charging documents.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as the door was opened, Bravo pushed the woman out of the way and put the man in a chokehold after hitting him in the head, the charges state.<\/p>\n<p>During the struggle, the man&#8217;s gun, which was in a holster, fell out, according to the charges. The man has a concealed carry permit.<\/p>\n<p>Bravo told the man he would kill him, according to the charges. Fearing that Bravo would get the gun and use it against him, the man was able to grab it first and shot Bravo&#8217;s ankle while still being choked.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>0 \/ 1 \/ 0<br \/>\nRead the rest of the article here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ksl.com\/article\/46591768\/utah-man-shot-twice-in-altercation-now-faces-charges\">KSL.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Teen shot, killed by off-duty DPS trooper at southside Corpus Christi home is identified<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Alexandria Rodriguez<br \/>\nA teenage boy was fatally shot early Wednesday morning after he was allegedly found inside the vehicle of an off-duty Texas Department of Public Safety trooper. <\/p>\n<p>The teen was identified Thursday as 17-year-old Ronald Elizondo Jr., according to Nueces County Medical Examiner&#8217;s Office investigator Heraldo Pena. <\/p>\n<p>Elizondo had &#8220;trauma to his chest,&#8221; Pena said. It is unknown how many times Elizondo was shot. Corpus<br \/>\nChristi police officers were called to the 7000 block of Clubgate Drive, near Lipes Boulevard, about 1:30 a.m., Senior Officer Travis Pace said. <\/p>\n<p>The 30-year-old trooper, who has not been identified, provided aid to the teen until paramedics arrived, police said. Miller<br \/>\nSUMMERFIELD \u2014 Marion County sheriff\u2019s officials say a homeowner armed with an AR-15 shot and killed two intruders and was injured himself during a home invasion robbery in Summerfield Wednesday night.<\/p>\n<p>Two other robbery suspects \u2014 Robert John Hamilton, 19, of Ocala, and Seth Adam Rodriguez, 22, of Belleview \u2014 were detained near the scene, according got the Marion County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Nigel Doyle, 22, of Summerfield, and Keith Jackson Jr., 21, Ocala, were killed. The homeowner, whose name was not released by the Sheriff\u2019s Office, was in stable condition at a hospital Thursday morning.<\/p>\n<p>Rodriguez was arrested on charges of murder and home invasion robbery with a firearm. Hamilton faces home invasion robbery with a firearm.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies got the call at 8:21 p.m. and went to the home at 14999 SE 32nd Court Road in response to a report of shots fired..<\/p>\n<p>Sgt. Micah Moore found Doyle with a gunshot wound and a shotgun next to him on the ground. Deputies entered the home and found Jackson dead on the dining room floor.
