Our own Poetrooper sent us an interesting link: seems the US is modifying Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea to better fit US and NATO ships. That these ports are near Russian controlled Crimea is sure to rankle the Russians, who deem the Black Sea as their pond. Russia did fire on and take three Ukrainian Navy vessels last fall, and has staged a warship in Havana’s harbor.<\/a><\/p>\n
