He was \u201cinjured via gunshot wounds,\u201d according to the police report.<\/p>\n<p>After an investigation, police found three men forced their way into his home and started shooting. Though Baker was shot, he was able to get his own gun and start firing at the suspects.<\/p>\n<p>There is no indication if any of the suspects were injured, but they were able to flee the scene in a silver\/gray four door passenger car. (FOX 11) &#8211; A woman shot and killed an intruder inside her Lucerne Valley home overnight Tuesday, deputies said.<\/p>\n<p>According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff&#8217;s Department, around 12:28 a.m., deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff\u2019s Station responded to a residence in the 35000 block of Harvest Moon Street in Lucerne Valley following the report of a shooting.<\/p>\n<p>Inside the home, deputies located the suspect, later identified as 32-year-old Shea Manigult, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Deputies and emergency medical personnel attempted life-saving measures; however, the suspect was pronounced dead at the scene. <\/p>\n<p>The female homeowner told deputies that she was asleep in her home when she her dog started barking, waking her up. The victim entered a bedroom where she saw Manigult hiding, deputies said. The victim told deputies that she became frightened and yelled at the man, telling him he didn&#8217;t belong inside her home. Deputies said a woman was cleaning her home when she heard a loud noise coming from a back window.<\/p>\n<p>The woman saw broken glass and grabbed a gun before hiding in a closet in a back bedroom. The alleged intruder opened the closet, and the woman shot him once.
