Don’t know if this individual had too much to drink, or if he simply wanted to be a troll. Occasionally, he’ll say something worth approving and responding to. One time; however, he appeared to shift gears.<\/p>\n

If you’ve read the posting trends here, over the past few years, you wouldn’t have reached this conclusion. The general consensus here is that if you deploy the troops, be willing to give them the resources and leeway needed, within the applicable laws and regulation, to win. However, if the troops are provided with unrealistic Rules of Engagement, and you’re not serious about winning, then there’s no point in sending the troops.<\/p>\n

Also, a healthy percentage of the veterans that post here have deployed, whether that was in an administrative, operational, expeditionary, or combat capacity. You could gather that by some of the stories they tell about their deployments. This leads me to doubt your claims, but let’s give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you are indeed in the reserve.<\/p>\n

Judging by your actions here, if you were in the Army Reserve, there would be an excellent chance that you’ve experienced extra physical fitness. Additionally, there is an excellent chance that you’d be the “go to” guy for crap jobs that come up that nobody else wants.<\/p>\n

By extension, if they’re looking for volunteers to go on such deployment, your name would probably get consistently pushed down the list… Or even rejected. You come across as a type that would end up in the “combat stress” medical facility for noncombat-related stress. Heck, you would probably find a way to fake having an issue just to be redeployed to the U.S.<\/p>\n

Yet, nothing in your reply amounting to anything resembling an argument against what was in the link. Simply attack the messenger instead of the message… Because you cannot mount an effective argument against said message.<\/p>\n

Understand that whenever somebody insinuates that the message is “baloney” because of its source, and that someone doesn’t mount an argument justifying such assumption, we automatically interpret that as the speaker not knowing what they are talking about. It’s simply a lazy way to engage an argument where they’re losing.<\/p>\n

Having dismantled your arguments before, on more than one occasion, I’d say that you are in no position to determine whether or not we are conservatives. Although some here may be open to legalizing weed, not everybody here is. You misinterpret the “antiwar” arguments made here and are extrapolating the opinions of a few to apply to the entire community here.<\/p>\n

Many libertarians vote Republican. There are many aspects where a libertarian is more conservative than a Republican. You essentially countered your own argument, regarding our conservativism, by insisting that we may be libertarians.<\/p>\n

On your assumptions on who we supported, then voted for, in 2016. Having read This Aint Hell comments for years, I haven’t found sufficient evidence to prove your argument that “most voted for Ron Paul”.<\/p>\n

Likewise, before the 2016 election we had multiple options on the Republican side.
