Mathew L. Golsteyn, the Army Green Beret accused of killing an unarmed Afghan in 2010; and the case of a group of Marine Corps snipers charged with urinating on the corpses of dead Taliban fighters.

<img decoding="async" src="https://www.azuse.cloud/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Nicholas-A.-Slatten-e1558246336128.jpg" alt="Nicholas A. Maj. Golsteyn and Mr. Slatten of Blackwater both had to make a snap decision to protect their people, and then got caught up in lawfare by people who weren’t there and never in their lives had to do the same.

Justice? Maybe. Take what you can get when you can get it.
