Shuey, US Army.  SGT Shuey was lost in the Philippines on 27 September 1942.<\/p>\n<p>SGT Shuey will be buried later this week \u2013 on Thursday, 30 May 2019, in Tucson, Arizona.  Regrettably, DPAA does not seem to have posted the specific location for his funeral or interment.<\/p>\n<p>If any TAH readers have the precise location for either SGT Shuey\u2019s funeral or interment, please post it in comments below.  And if any readers are in that area and have the time, here\u2019s an opportunity to give someone lost during World War II a proper final send-off.<\/p>\n<p><b>. . . <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/valorguarians.com\/blog\/?p=85762\"><i>Also this March<\/i><\/a>, DPAA announced that it had accounted for S2c Richard J. Thomson, US Navy.  JO3 Guerra was lost at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on 7 December 1941.<\/p>\n<p>S2c Thomson will be buried this week \u2013 on Saturday, 1 June 2019, in League City, Texas.
