He was also allegedly looking at child pornography. For those in the non-maritime services, a Navy Lieutenant Commander is equivalent in rank to an Army major.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">From the Navy Times:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Prosecutors accuse Cleary of attempting to possess, receive and view child pornography on his work computer from about May 2016 to April 2017.<\/p>\n<p>During that time, Cleary masturbated at his desk on several occasions, &#8220;which conduct was unbecoming an officer and gentleman,&#8221; his charge sheet allege.<\/p>\n<p>Military prosecutors also charged Cleary with posting &#8220;a handwritten note containing child erotica search terms&#8221; at his cubicle desk in July 2017,<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In addition to searching for child pornography, he is reported to have had pornography material on his laptop. He apparently brought his laptop into his work area.
