Washington homeowner shoots, kills burglary suspect while on the phone with 911, police say<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nA suspected burglar was shot dead by a Washington state homeowner Monday, who pulled the trigger while still on the phone with a 911 operator reporting the break-in, officials said.<\/p>\n

The King County Sheriff’s Office said on Twitter the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. in White Center, located south of Seattle, after the homeowner woke up to find the suspect inside his home.<\/p>\n

\u201cInitially he thought there were three suspects,\u201d King County Sheriff\u2019s Deputy Ryan Abbott told Q13 News. \u201cSo far the investigation is proving that not to be true, it just appears to be one suspect that acted alone at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n

At some point, with the 35-year-old homeowner on the phone with 911, he opened fire on the intruder, killing him.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Police: Garrard County business owner shoots intruder<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nLANCASTER, Ky. (WDKY) – A man is in jail accused of breaking into a Garrard County business before being shot by the owner.<\/p>\n

The shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday at a business on Old Lexington Road.<\/p>\n

Police said Dale Parker and Joseph Bickett got into the business from the roof. Parker was armed with a metal pipe when he was confronted by the owner, who lives there.<\/p>\n

The owner told police Parker threatened him, so he shot Parker.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Bun B shoots masked robber at Houston home<\/strong>
\nThe robber forced his way into the rapper’s home and was holding his wife at gunpoint, according to their attorney. <\/em><\/p>\n

\nHOUSTON \u2014 Grammy-nominated rapper — and Houston icon — Bun B shot a robber at his home Tuesday night, Houston police say.<\/p>\n

Bun B, whose real name is Bernard Freeman, fired at the masked robber, who had pulled a gun on his wife when she answered the door around 5:45 p.m., police said. <\/p>\n

The robber — later identified as Demonte Alif Jackson — forced his way inside and held Queen Freeman at gunpoint, according to attorney Charles Adams.<\/p>\n

“Her fear was that this was someone trying to target her husband, so she gave him the car keys and all the possessions she had,” Adams said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
