I’m an unabashed Tucker fan, and he’s nightly viewing at the casa. His handling of liberal guests by taking their talking points apart is pretty humorous, rarely gets into a shouting match, and they usually part their ways on good terms. About the only guest I’ve seen that he openly disliked is the creepy pRon ‘lawer.’ Who can blame him for that?<\/p>\n
The recent proposal to ship illegals off to sanctuary cities has lit off a firestorm from the left. Odd, they should welcome these newcomers with open arms, but that definitely is not the case. True, several cities, Chicago being one, have agreed to take in more illegals, but they are solidly in the minority.<\/p>\n
This is red meat to Tucker, and he dissects the leftie’s statements before, and after Trump’s proposal. <\/p>\n

CARLSON: Good evening, and welcome to \u201cTucker Carlson Tonight.\u201d What if someone you hated offered to pay off your mortgage? Put your kids through college? Or deliver a tractor-trailer full of Snickers bars to your house? We\u2019d be confused at first and suspicious, why is an enemy giving you the gift of a lifetime? But in the end, if you were smart, you would take the gift. It would be too good to pass up.<\/p>\n
Well, something very much like that happened in Washington last night. The Washington Post reported that the Trump administration has been debating moving some of the thousands of migrants now massing on our southern border into various self-proclaimed sanctuary cities across the United States. The President later confirmed that as true in a tweet as of tonight, that policy remains under consideration. Talk about great news for blue America.<\/p>\n
The left loves impoverished immigrants in the developing world and why wouldn\u2019t they? They make our cities safer, they tell us. They improve our schools. They provide the backbone of our economy. They do the work that we won\u2019t do. They are diverse. They are our strength. They are the best of America even though technically they\u2019re not Americans. Sanctuary cities love them best of all, that\u2019s why they\u2019ve become sanctuaries for illegal immigrants.<\/p>\n
Every Democrat now running for President has affirmed this repeatedly.<\/p>\n
