Police: Stockton Drug Store Employee, Suspects Exchange Gunfire<\/strong><\/p>\n

STOCKTON (CBS13) \u2013 Officers are investigating after a Stockton drug store employee and suspects fired shots at each other.<\/p>\n

The incident happened a little before 10 a.m. Wednesday at Doug\u2019s El Dorado Drug Store along the 2000 block of East Mariposa Road.<\/p>\n

Stockton police say multiple suspects<\/strong> walked into the pharmacy, which had several people inside at the time. At some point, multiple gunshots were exchanged between the suspects and an armed employee.<\/p>\n

The suspects were last seen running out of the store, getting into a getaway vehicle.<\/p>\n

No one was hurt in the incident, police say.<\/p>\n

Investigators will be reviewing surveillance footage of the incident.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

San Marcos teen arrested after pulling gun on partygoer<\/strong><\/p>\n

An 18-year-old was arrested Wednesday after allegedly pointing his gun at a victim during a party last weekend.<\/p>\n

Keyshaun Maurice Brown was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.<\/p>\n

Police say the incident happened Saturday, March 30, at approximately 12:54 a.m. when officials responded to Uptown Square Apartment (1354 Thorpe Lane) in regards to a man with a gun.<\/p>\n

A victim reported that he was at a party at the apartment complex when the suspect punched him, pointed a gun at him and then tried to fire, although it appeared the gun malfunctioned.<\/p>\n

The suspect was eventually identified as Keyshaun Brown and police issued an arrest warrant for his arrest on April 3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Man chases, fires gun at apparent robber, Portland police say<\/strong>
\nThe man tells police he pulled a gun when a masked man opened his car door, then fired two shots as he chased him down Washington Avenue. <\/em><\/p>\n

The victim of an apparent robbery attempt outside a Portland convenience store chased the suspect and fired two shots at him before the other man got away, Portland police said Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The incident happened in the parking lot of Anania\u2019s Variety Store at 606 Washington Ave. just after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. Lt. Robert Martin said it does not appear the robbery suspect was struck by the shots fired during the chase.<\/p>\n

Martin said the 26-year-old Portland man told police he was returning to his car after making a purchase in the store when a masked man opened the passenger door of the car. The masked man made a threatening gesture \u2013 concealing his hand inside his sweatshirt, the 26-year-old man told police.<\/p>\n

The man who believed he was being robbed was carrying a concealed weapon and drew it. The suspect ran from the parking lot onto Washington Avenue toward Ocean Avenue. The 26-year-old chased the suspect for a short distance before firing two rounds from several feet away, Martin said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
