This meme is apropos.\u00a0 (r\/The_Donald\/)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Morgan Elizabeth Henson manufactured ecstasy and LSD with the intent to distribute them. She emptied pill capsules, then filled them with ecstasy. She was sentenced to half a year confinement, reduced to E-1, and was awarded the big chicken dinner.<\/p>\n<p>She wasn&#8217;t alone. Jeffrey D. Smalls also manufactured ecstasy, and filled empty pill capsules with this drug. For his efforts, he was awarded 90 days confinement and reduced to E-1.
