He was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n Police said the 73-year-old man is a jitney driver and picked up the 33-year-old man and another passenger in Duquesne. While the 73-year-old man was driving, the 33-year-old man pulled out a gun and demanded money while striking the 73-year-old in the head with the gun.<\/p>\n The extra passenger then fled the vehicle. The 73-year-old and 33-year-old then got out of the vehicle, and the 73-year-old pulled out his own handgun and shot the 33-year-old, who died of his injuries. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n 1 \/ 0 \/ 0 Three strikes, Delta Whiskies and Whiskettes, and they are out. \n\u2022Police said a man is dead after a shooting in south Tulsa on Tuesday.
\n\u2022A man and woman were crossing the street near 63rd and Peoria when he allegedly assaulted her. Police said the woman broke away and shot the man at least once in the chest.
\n\u2022The woman then ran to a nearby housing complex and called police.
\n\u2022The woman was questioned and released pending further investigation.
