The good people over at militaryphony.com<\/a> send us their case on Robert Shackford<\/a>.\u00a0 From what I understand little Bobby here likes to play dress up and go to the Marine Corps Ball as a wounded in action Force RECON Marine.<\/p>\n

I am told he has some kind of construction company.\u00a0 No idea what kind of work they do but I assume he has some honest folks that do good work on his payroll.<\/p>\n

It seems he has a Jeep that is full of bling.<\/p>\n

His official records were ordered through a Freedom of Information Act request:<\/p>\n

I hate it when someone takes a perfectly honorable career in the military and embellishes it beyond recognition.<\/p>\n

Little Bobby Shackford has a National Defense Service Medal in his records, no Purple Heart, no Combat Action Ribbon, and none of those other medals either.\u00a0 We checked in with some of the RECON groups and whaddaya\u00a0know, nobody in RECON ever heard of him.<\/p>\n

The sad thing is he had no reason to embellish his career.\u00a0 His records show that he was assigned to the 3rd Battalion of 10th Marines.\u00a0 Back in the day, they were primarily deployed to places like, Beirut, Grenada, Kosovo, and a half dozen other operations as part of the Marine Expeditionary Units.\u00a0 It does not appear that Lance Corporal Shackford deployed into harm’s way but he damn sure served with many who did.<\/p>\n

He must know\u00a0better than to claim all of the nonsense he has on his uniform in those pictures.<\/p>\n

On a personal note, I did deploy with the 3rd Battalion of the 10th Marines…more than a few times.\u00a0 Bob Shackford, or whatever he goes by these days, has brought great discredit upon himself.\u00a0 He should have been proud of what he actually did do.\u00a0 \u00a0 He earned his EGA and then dishonored it.\u00a0 I suggest he either man up and make this right or spend some time sucking bat shit off cave walls.\u00a0 Seven for One … The Shitbird of M Street… feel me Bobby?<\/p>\n
