Holder swam to shore and left the scene.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">The Trousdale County Grand Jury Indicted Holder with one count of vehicular homicide by intoxication, vehicular homicide by recklessness, one count of criminally negligent homicide, leaving the scene of an accident involving death, DUI, and fraud of insurance claim.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">Agents said his passenger, Donovan Crittendon, died after the car submerged into the river. At the time, Holder was a deputy with the Smith County Sheriff\u2019s Office and was assigned to the 15th\u00a0Judicial Drug Task Force.
