We posted about little Joey and his antics many times over the years.\u00a0 Back in the day…local law enforcement seemed\u00a0to have difficulties finding a reason to lock his ass up.\u00a0 \u00a0They just let him walk away for impersonating\u00a0an Army Ranger on a College Campus<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But then this came up a bit later<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cRiverbank Police Services Deputies were informed of a male, Joseph Scott of Modesto, that had been impersonating a Stanislaus County Sheriffs Department Deputy. While impersonating a sheriffs deputy, Scott had negligently discharged a firearm in the city of Modesto.<\/p>\n

Deputies knew that this incident would need immediate action. The investigation was turned over to the Sheriffs Team Investigating Narcotics and Gangs (STING). STING authored an arrest warrant for Joseph Scott and a search warrant for his home.<\/p>\n

On 12\/2\/16 Scott was taken into custody and booked into the Stanislaus County Jail. A search of his home revealed all of his law enforcement type equipment. This equipment was all taken as evidence. The firearm used was located and is in safe keeping.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
