Bridges was out of custody on bond throughout his trial.<\/p>\n Defense attorney Shannon McMurray argued her client feared for his safety because Coffelt \u201clunged\u201d at Bridges after taking methamphetamine intravenously in Bridges\u2019 bathroom.<\/p>\n A medical examiner\u2019s report indicated Coffelt was shot four times, including once in the neck, and had methamphetamine in his system at a level consistent with recent use.<\/p>\n But Assistant District Attorney Kevin Gray contended Bridges\u2019 actions weren\u2019t justifiable because Coffelt, despite being intoxicated, had no weapon in his hand when he was shot.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n 1 \/ 0 \/ 0<\/p>\n Read the rest of the article here: Tulsa World<\/a><\/p>\n Pittsburgh police: Resident, suspect in Knoxville home invasion shot; suspect critical<\/strong><\/p>\n Pittsburgh police are investigating an alleged home invasion in the Knoxville neighborhood in which two people were shot Friday night.<\/p>\n Soon after arriving at the 300 block of Moore Avenue about 7 p.m., police found \u201cmultiple shell casings and a male resident with a gunshot wound to the hand,\u201d spokesman Chris Togneri said.<\/p>\n He said that man was taken to a hospital in stable condition.<\/p>\n During the investigation, police discovered that a resident shot at the alleged home invader.<\/p>\n That man was hit by gunfire multiple times.<\/p>\n The wounded suspect fled on foot to a residence on the 200 block of Moore Avenue.
