The guy with the gun won the argument.<\/span> SPRINGDALE, SC (WIS) – Officials with the Springdale Police Department said a physical altercation between three people ended with two people being shot Sunday night.<\/p>\n Authorities said the three people were initially involved in an argument on Sightler Drive before the disagreement became physical. Two of the people involved suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Officials said at least one of those two people have been released from the hospital. He was 57 and was last known to live in Birmingham.<\/p>\n West precinct officers responded to the 100 block of Thomas Circle about 10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, on a report of a person shot. They arrived and found Clark suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene by Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service.<\/p>\n ~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n Court records show Clark had a lengthy criminal history dating back to the 1980s, and had been convicted of drug possession, theft and receiving stolen property.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n 1 \/ 0 \/ 0<\/p>\n
