We have had Irby Franklin Jordan on our radar since 2011.\u00a0 He has made all kinds of crazy claims over the years.\u00a0 Promoted himself all the way to a Navy LCDR and Navy SEAL at one point.\u00a0\u00a0His FOIA doesn\u2019t indicate any SEAL Training \u2013 it shows about 19 months of service in the Navy as an Airman Recruit and a discharge as an E-1.<\/p>\n

OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) \u2014 An Alabama man is facing multiple charges from the Okaloosa County Sheriff\u2019s Office after he allegedly assaulted County Commissioner Graham Fountain.<\/p>\n

According to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Fountain was injured Saturday, January 12, while trying to help a young woman who was being beaten by a man. The suspect was later identified as Irby Franklin Jordan of Dothan, Alabama. It happened on Alabama Street near the Richburg School.<\/p>\n

BOCC said Fountain and his wife observed a car blocking the roadway and saw Jordan beating the victim while dragging her by the hair out of the car and throwing her on the pavement.<\/p>\n

Fountain, who is a retired law enforcement officer, went to help the victim.<\/p>\n

A release from BOCC said Jordan \u201cwas acting crazed and kept screaming for everyone to leave the scene because he was a \u2018federal officer\u2019\u201d.<\/p>\n

Jordan jumped in his face and said he was a member of the Central Intelligence agency and he \u201cwould kill\u201d the commissioner, the BOCC release states.<\/p>\n

Jordan grabbed Fountain\u2019s suit coat lapel and threw him over the rear bumper and to the pavement, BOCC said.<\/p>\n

BOCC said Fountain received head, back, arm, and shoulder injuries from the attack.<\/p>\n

An officer with the Crestview Police Department then arrived and used a stun gun to subdue Jordan.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If we had only known he was actually CIA, he never comes to the cookouts or family day so how were we to know?<\/p>\n
