{"id":843,"date":"2007-11-06T16:06:59","date_gmt":"2007-11-06T20:06:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/2007\/11\/06\/boortz-at-university-of-georgia\/"},"modified":"2007-11-06T16:06:59","modified_gmt":"2007-11-06T20:06:59","slug":"boortz-at-university-of-georgia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=843","title":{"rendered":"Boortz At University of Georgia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Neal Boortz gave a speech at the University of Georgia and according to his report, he was respectfully treated and the speech was well received.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Writing for the campus newspaper, <a href=\"http:\/\/media.www.redandblack.com\/media\/storage\/paper871\/news\/2007\/11\/05\/Opinions\/Boortz.Not.Worthy.Of.Student.Fees-3077197.shtml\">Red and Black<\/a> however, sophomore ZAID JILANI was very opposed to Neal\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s visit:<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Don&#8217;t get me wrong, I&#8217;m a huge defender of free speech.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>But this is different. Neal Boortz is being paid to come speak by the UU, and his brand of hate-radio extremism is being subsidized by my student fees. <\/strong><strong>When some workers at the University are being paid terribly low wages and can barely feed their families, my student fees are being used to bring a guy to campus who has referred to minimum wage workers as &#8220;pathetic human beings.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>He calls himself a member of the anti-government Libertarian Party, but has no problem approving of illegal wiretapping of the U.S. citizens, illegal wars of aggression, and state persecution of immigrants.<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The terror surveillance program is not illegal and in fact works particularly among people with names like ZAID. \u00c2\u00a0The illegal war of aggression that you speak of is the same one that leading Democrats voted for and in fact just did it again by voting in favor of declaring the Iranian Quds Forces a terror organization. \u00c2\u00a0You do realize that there is a distinction between \u00e2\u20ac\u0153state persecution\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and enforcing the damn law, right?<\/p>\n<p><strong>He&#8217;s just a bully who sets his sights on a defenseless target &#8211; mothers on welfare, the homeless, Muslims and immigrants &#8211; and flies off the handle with ad hominem rhetoric, trying his hardest to appeal to the most hateful element of the human psyche, activating cognitive dissonance that overrides any logical thinking and fills his Middle America listeners with fear of anyone who isn&#8217;t like them.<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Muslims are defenseless targets?\u00c2\u00a0 This entire religion is built on hate, conquest and murder. Maybe the defenseless might be better characterized as the patrons in a pizza joint or passengers on a bus that are about to be murdered by a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153defenseless\u00e2\u20ac\u009d murdering savage wearing a bomb.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Then the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153defenseless\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Muslim\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s family will rejoice his actions. \u00c2\u00a0These are the same savages who will murder people over a frigging cartoon!I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m not even going to start on the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153defenseless\u00e2\u20ac\u009d immigrants. \u00c2\u00a0MS-13, Google it!<\/p>\n<p><strong>But what do I know?
