What was plan “B” Brock?<\/span> PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 A Treasure Coast woman shoots and kills her boyfriend in what deputies are now calling self-defense.<\/p>\n The Martin County Sheriff said the 46-year-old woman believed her boyfriend was going to attack her with his bare hands.<\/p>\n On Monday CBS12 obtained the frantic 911 call where you can hear the woman is hysterical, barely comprehending what just happened.<\/p>\n \u201cI need an ambulance right now,\u201d yelled Sabo.<\/p>\n \u201cWhere,\u201d said 911 dispatcher.<\/p>\n \u201c136 oh my God 136,\u201d Sabo said.<\/p>\n In the 911 call you can hear Sabo of Port St. Lucie panic.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat\u2019s the street you are on,\u201d asked the 911 dispatcher.<\/p>\n \u201c I\u2019m trying to figure it out,\u201d yelled Sabo.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s alright catch your breath,\u201d said the dispatcher.<\/p>\n She made the 911 call from inside a 55 and over mobile home community called Leisure Village.<\/p>\n She said she was there picking up her car keys from boyfriend\u2019s mother\u2019s home when her boyfriend, Brock Dion, tried to attack.<\/p>\n \u201cAt first he threw a pail at her and missed. Then he threw a large ceramic figurine missed her and hit her car. Having missed with two projectiles he then advanced on her on foot with his hands out like he anticipated to choke her,\u201d said Sheriff Snyder.<\/p>\n In the frantic 911 call, Sabo told the dispatcher she shot Dion in an act of self- defense.<\/p>\n \u201cMy boyfriend was coming at me with a big rock to throw at my head and I have a concealed permit so I shot him,\u201d Sabo said.<\/p>\n In the call, you can hear Dion\u2019s mother screaming at Sabo once she realizes her son isn\u2019t breathing.<\/p>\n \u201cYou shot him,\u201d screamed Virginia Dion.<\/p>\n \u201cHe threw something at my head a brick. What do you mean I shot him. Look at my car,\u201d Sabo said.<\/p>\n Sheriff Snyder said as of now, the State Attorney\u2019s Office will not be pressing charges.<\/p>\n Snyder said Sabo has a concealed permit and legally purchased the gun.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Read the entire article here at CBS 12<\/a><\/p>\n Another thug\/victim mismatch.<\/span> COCOA, Fla. \u2014 Police say a shooting at a laundromat Monday in Cocoa was a self-defense case.<\/p>\n The incident happened at the Dixon Laundromat on Dixon Boulevard. Police says the shooter described the victim as being aggressive and threatening, and said he was in fear of his safety, which is why he fired.
