Some parts of it do.  Check this out:<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tribktla.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/06\/cia-tweet.jpg\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>For those who didn&#8217;t know:  the phrase &#8220;can neither confirm nor deny&#8221; originated at the CIA when journalists began asking questions about <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Project_Azorian\"><i>Project Azorian<\/i><\/a> in the mid-1970s.  <\/p>\n<p>And yeah:  the above <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/the-switch\/wp\/2014\/06\/06\/the-cias-first-tweet-is-a-we-can-neither-confirm-or-deny-joke\/\"><i>really was<\/i><\/a> the CIA&#8217;s first tweet.  At least, it was their first acknowledged and official one.
