She had gone missing Oct. 13 in the Joliet area.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fox32chicago.com\/news\/crime\/missing-joliet-woman-found-dead-burned-in-barrel-suspect-in-custody\">http:\/\/www.fox32chicago.com\/news\/crime\/missing-joliet-woman-found-dead-burned-in-barrel-suspect-in-custody<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tucker\u2019s death was being investigated as a homicide by Joliet police, the coroner\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n<p>Police released a statement last week saying a suspect had been arrested in the case. Peter Zabala, 42, was arrested on separate charges, according to Joliet police, who said Zabala\u2019s behavior made him a suspect in the case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe investigation has led detectives to believe that Zabala was the last known person to see Ashley Tucker prior to her disappearance, within the vicinity of where some of her items were located,\u201d police said in a statement. \u201cZabala also exhibited suspicious activity before and after Ashley was reported missing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Zabala was charged with violating the sex offender registry, unlawful restraint and resisting an officer, according to court records. The threats included images of guns and the poster or posters said they would attack the school on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>As of Saturday night, the suspect was in custody and charges were pending. \u2013 Article<\/p>\n<p>Flossmoor High School is one of the quieter spots in northeastern Illinois. Someone may be upset because he\u2019s getting picked on by the other kids. On the other hand, if the suspect is someone not directly connected to the high school, e.g., an adult with a hair up his backside, then the cops should nail him.
