Eggs sends us a link to Fox11<\/a> which recounts the time that Sacha Baron Cohen tried to trick a Riverside, California gun shop owner into selling him a gun;<\/p>\n

\u201cHe comes in, off the bat you can see in the video I\u2019m looking like, this guy does not look like a Hungarian immigrant, tight ass leather pants, a beard, it just didn\u2019t fit,\u201d [Norris] Sweidan said. \u201cThe moment his words came out of his mouth I was like this guy is full of s***.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sweidan told FOX 11 Cohen said he wanted to buy a gun, but said it with a very odd sounding accent he didn\u2019t find credible.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m looking at the producer and I\u2019m just like am I being fooled right here?\u201d Sweidan said. \u201cAnd I just kept looking at the guy and I was like you\u2019re Borat, as soon as I said that his eyes just looked at me like, and he did a turn right out the door.\u201d<\/p>\n

He says after Cohen left the store, he left his crew behind.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Sweiden suspects that Cohen had planned to use video clips to disparage gun owners and sellers on Cohens new TV show \u201cWho is America?\u201d. Sweiden is beginning work on his own show “Down the Barrel”.<\/p>\n
