In January, she called Immigration and Customs Enforcement &#8220;literally the new gestapo.&#8221; She has called for abolishing both ICE and the presidency itself.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Another plank in Manning&#8217;s platform was to throw open the prison doors and release all of the criminals.
