He mentions that the DC market has no &#8220;progressive&#8221; radio stations. When he was on one of our local radio stations (WMAL), listeners ran him off because we just got tired of his BDS rants. <\/p>\n<p>Noel Sheppard at <a href=\"http:\/\/newsbusters.org\/blogs\/noel-sheppard\/2009\/02\/17\/bill-presss-reason-support-fairness-doctrine-i-want-be-heard\">Newsbusters<\/a> writes that after Megyn slapped him around, Press went on another show to take a few more hits and admitted to the host that his interests in the Fairness Doctrine only extend as far as it makes him some money;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I know why I&#8217;m interested in it because I get up every morning at 3:45, I do three hours of talk radio every day from six to nine, that&#8217;s my life, it&#8217;s my business, I want to make money at it, and I want to be heard.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>And like most Liberals (not Progressives, Bill) Press thinks the only reason he can&#8217;t reach his full potential is because we need more government in our lives. I wonder if he realizes how pathetic he looks getting his ass handed to him by Megyn.
