At the time, the Navy told us that they had no record of his service. Well, today they changed their mind with no prompting from us. <\/p>\n<p>He had four years of service, with intermittent Non-Judicial Punishment and finally he was barred from reenlistment. Most importantly, he wasn&#8217;t a Navy SEAL &#8211; our original contention.
