From Memphis, Tennessee<\/a>; <\/p>\n

Police responded to the 4000 block of Jackson where two victims told officers they were approached by two suspects armed with a gun. <\/p>\n

One of the victims told the suspects he was not afraid of getting shot when a suspect pointed it at him and instead, offered to buy the gun for $250. <\/p>\n

The victims said the suspects became afraid, denied the offer, and ran. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

From Madison, Florida<\/a>;<\/p>\n

It happened around 2 o\u2019clock at the Wells Fargo on Highway 90.<\/p>\n

One woman says the robber \u2013 dressed in drag \u2013 held up the teller. A man at the next window then chased him out of the bank.<\/p>\n

The man who chased the robber told us he did fire a shot at the man, but it didn\u2019t hit him.<\/p>\n

Soon afterward, Madison County deputies arrested four people in a gold getaway car at an I-10 truck stop.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A very lucky police officer in Farmington, New Mexico<\/a>;<\/p>\n

Officials said a state police officer was arresting 26-year-old William Wilson after pulling him and his friends over during a traffic stop.<\/p>\n

The officer handcuffed Wilson with his hands to the front of his body. Officials say it didn’t take long before he pulled out a gun and shot the officer.<\/p>\n

The bullet went through the officer\u2019s badge and it was stopped by the bullet proof vest he was wearing underneath.<\/p>\n

It’s unclear if the officer patted Wilson down to check for weapons after handcuffing him.<\/p>\n

“In the perfect world, yeah, people should be patted down and checked for weapons, but things happen very quickly,” said New Mexico State Police Chief Pete Kaasetas.<\/p>\n

A San Juan County Sheriff’s deputy arrived shortly afterward to help the officer.<\/p>\n

Both officers returned fire and right now it\u2019s unclear who fired the shot that killed Wilson.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

From St Helena Island, South Carolina<\/a>;<\/p>\n

Investigators say the man got away on foot after the burglary took place on Ball Park Road around 11:30 a.m. A homeowner reported that he received a phone call from his teenage son that an unknown subject was trying to break into the home. The homeowner drove to his residence and saw a man around the side of his house carrying what appeared to be a long rifle.
