I ended up spending substantially more time on the road today than originally planned.<\/p>\n<p>They say a picture\u2019s worth 1000 words. So for the purists out there, here ya go.<\/p>\n<p><center><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/IMG_8011.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Taken IVO Sumter, SC, approx 1844 UCT<\/p>\n<p><i>Ausgezeichnet.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>I can&#8217;t claim credit for the photo &#8211; mine didn&#8217;t turn out that well.\u00a0 An in-law took this one.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4MBNAppG45c?autoplay=1&amp;rel=0 width=\" width=\"300\" height=\"0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center>The next total eclipse visible in the USA will occur in a bit less than 7 years &#8211; on Monday, 8 April 2024. That one will sweep SW to NE across the US, starting at the Rio Grande NW of Laredo, TX, and passing through San Antonio, Dallas\/Fort Worth, Little Rock, small portions of OK and MI, rural Missouri and Illinois, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester, Burlington (VT), northern NH, and Northern ME. Totality will also be visible in parts of Mexico and eastern Canada.<\/p>\n<p>If you missed this one, see the next one if at all possible. Yes, it&#8217;s a pain. But it&#8217;s well worth it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>(C\u2019mon \u2013 once you saw the photo, you <u>had<\/u> to know that particular tune would be featured in this article.
