I&#8217;m not going to write about the person or the reason that some other person thought that we should expose him, but it&#8217;s good teaching point for the phonies out there who think that they can avoid our scrutiny by claiming that their records are classified, especially since we have one phony claiming that currently. Now we don&#8217;t know where he was operating or what he was doing, but, obviously, he was a top-tier operator and the NPRC still told us about his service.
