One thing you can be assured of here at TAH is that when Jonn or I or any other author posts a piece critical of liberals and their Democrat party, especially when it deals with a particularly despicable action on their part, there will quickly follow a comment by one or more of our resident liberal trolling apologists saying in effect, \u201cYes, well, while that may be despicable, you have to admit that both sides do it.\u201d That moral equivalence counter-punch is a favored weapon of the Left, like calling you a racist<\/em>, a jab designed to shut your mouth and close off further discussion which they know they can\u2019t win fairly. With most of us it fails because it lacks the weight of truth behind it, although sadly there are a few here who will meekly agree with Lars or Joe that \u201cYes, you\u2019re right\u2014both sides do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Well, if that\u2019s true, it is<\/em> true only in the broadest, most general sense and ignores two critical factors: frequency and intensity. Sure, there\u2019s always going to be some hothead conservatives out there who get fed up and throw some punches, but unlike the Left\u2019s viciousness, ours tends to be spontaneous and disorganized. When some more daring challenger here at TAH does bring those two realities up to counter our resident trolls, the immediate response is, \u201cShow me some proof, show me some Google links,\u201d which as we all know is a daunting, time consuming task that no one really wants to take the time to do just to prove some liberal twit like Lars is wrong.<\/p>\n

Well the folks over at Daily Caller, obviously fed up with getting the same crap from liberal provocateurs, have begun the compilation of such a list. A quick read shows that it is far from complete so I am going to ask Jonn to post it as part of this piece so that TAH readers can in their comments make additions and help to flesh it out. I will then recompose the list in chronological style and when complete ask Jonn to repost it in full. Future events can then be added to the comments section of that second posting. Periodically I will update the list to include those new events taken from comments. From the point of first posting forward, anytime one of our liberal trolls throws out that lame moral equivalence argument, we will have evidence to point to and say, \u201cPut up or shut up. Show us a list of equal conservative misbehaviors and criminality.<\/p>\n

Herewith the list from Daily Caller<\/a> with some minor modification:<\/p>\n

July 2016: <\/strong>A Hillary Clinton supporter lights a flag on fire and attacks a Trump supporter<\/a> in Pittsburgh.<\/p>\n

Protesters jumped on cars, stole hats, fought with and threw eggs at Trump supporters outside a Trump rally in downtown San Jose. Trump supporters sued San Jose<\/a> over the violence.<\/p>\n

August 2016: <\/strong>Anti-Trump protesters attacked pushed, spit on and verbally harassed attendees forced to walk a \u201cgauntlet\u201d as they left a Trump fundraiser\u00a0in Minneapolis, Minn., and beat an\u00a0elderly man<\/a>. Protesters also attacked<\/a> Trump\u2019s motorcade.<\/p>\n

A Tennessee man was assaulted<\/a>\u00a0at a garage sale for being a Trump supporter.<\/p>\n

A Trump supporter in New Jersey was attacked with a crowbar<\/a> on the street.<\/p>\n

September 2016: <\/strong>Protesters in El Cajon, Calif.,\u00a0chased and beat up<\/a> a Trump supporter.<\/p>\n

October 2016: <\/strong>A GOP office<\/a> in North Carolina was firebombed and spray painted with\u00a0\u201cNazi Republicans get out of town or else.\u201d<\/p>\n

November 2016: <\/strong>A high school student was attacked after she wrote that she\u00a0supported Trump on social media. The perpetrator\u00a0ripped her\u00a0glasses off and punched her in the face<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The president of Cornell University\u2019s College Republicans was assaulted<\/a> the night after Trump won the election.<\/p>\n

Students protesting Trump\u00a0punched and kicked<\/a>\u00a0a Maryland high school student wearing a Make America Great Again hat.<\/p>\n

A high school student was arrested in Florida after he punched a classmate<\/a> for carrying a Trump sign at school.<\/p>\n

A group of black men in Chicago<\/a>\u00a0attacked a white man while\u00a0raging against Trump.<\/p>\n

Maryland high\u00a0school students punched a student<\/a> who was demonstrating in support of Trump, and then kicked him repeatedly while he was on the ground.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou support Trump. You hate Mexicans,\u201d a California high school student yelled at a Trump supporter, before\u00a0viciously beating the girl<\/a>.<\/p>\n

An anti-bullying ambassador was arrested<\/a> for shoving a 74-year-old man to the ground in a fight outside Trump tower where people upset over his win had gathered. The woman tied to Black Lives Matter caused the man to hit his head on the sidewalk.<\/p>\n

A Texas elementary school student was beaten<\/a> by his classmates for voting for Trump in a mock election.<\/p>\n

Two men punched and kicked<\/a> a Connecticut man who was standing with an American flag and a Trump sign.<\/p>\n

December 2016: <\/strong>A Trump supporter was beaten and dragged by a car<\/a>.<\/p>\n

January 2017: <\/strong>A Trump supporter was knocked unconscious<\/a> after airport protesters repeatedly beat him on the head.<\/p>\n

A Trump supporter was\u00a0attacked\u00a0after putting out a fire<\/a> started by anti-Trump protesters.<\/p>\n

When Trump protesters encountered a driver<\/a> with a pro-Trump flag on his car, they surrounded the vehicle, ripped off and began burning the flag, and pounded the car. They also punctured on the tires.<\/p>\n

February 2017: <\/strong>California GOP Rep. Tom McClintock had to be escorted to his car<\/a>\u00a0after a town hall because of angry protesters. The tires of at least four vehicles were slashed.<\/p>\n

Protestors knocked a 71-year-old\u00a0female staffer for California GOP Rep. Dana Rohrabacher unconscious<\/a> during a protest outside the representative\u2019s\u00a0office.<\/p>\n

Milo Yiannopoulos\u2019\u00a0speech at the University of California-Berkeley was cancelled after rioters set the campus\u00a0on fire<\/a>\u00a0and threw rocks through windows. Milo tweeted that one of his supporters wearing a Trump hat was thrown to the ground and kicked.<\/p>\n

March 2017: <\/strong>Masked protesters\u00a0at Middlebury College rushed<\/a> AEI scholar and political scientist Charles Murray\u00a0and professor Allison Stranger, pushing and shoving Murray and grabbing Stranger by her hair and twisting her neck as they were leaving a campus building. A stranger suffered a concussion. Protesters then surrounded the car they got into, rocking it back and forth and jumping on the hood.<\/p>\n

April 2017: <\/strong>-A parade in Portland, OR,<\/a> was canceled after threats of violence were made against a Republican organization.<\/p>\n

Fears of violent protests\u00a0shut down Ann Coulter\u2019s UC Berkeley speech<\/a>.\u00a0Campus police had gathered intel on protesters who were planning to commit violence.<\/p>\n

May 2017: <\/strong>Republican Rep. Tom Garrett, his family and his dog were targeted by a series of\u00a0repeated death threats<\/a>\u00a0deemed credible by authorities.<\/p>\n

FBI agents arrested a person for threatening to shoot<\/a>\u00a0Republican Rep. Martha McSally over her support for Trump.<\/p>\n

Police in Tennessee charged a woman for allegedly trying to run Republican Rep. David Kustoff off the road<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Police in North Dakota ejected a man after he became physical<\/a> with Republican Rep. Kevin Cramer at a town hall.<\/p>\n

A former professor was arrested<\/a> after police said they identified him on video\u00a0beating Trump supporters with a U-shaped bike lock, leaving three people with \u201csignificant injuries.\u201d<\/p>\n

June 2017:<\/strong><\/p>\n

James Hodgkinson\u00a0opened fire with a 7.62 mm rifle on a\u00a0congressional GOP baseball practice<\/a>, injuring five, including House Majority Whip Steve Scalise.<\/p>\n

Republican Rep. Claudia Tenney received an email threat<\/a> that read, \u201cOne down, 216 to go,\u201d shortly after the shooting at the Republican congressional baseball practice.<\/p>\n

A man driving a white Malibu<\/a> reportedly fired several shots at a man driving a truck displaying a \u201cMake America Great Again\u201d flag in Indiana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
