{"id":72485,"date":"2017-06-01T10:24:56","date_gmt":"2017-06-01T14:24:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/valorguardians.com\/blog\/?p=72485"},"modified":"2017-06-01T10:24:56","modified_gmt":"2017-06-01T14:24:56","slug":"white-house-veterans-hotline-is-live","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?p=72485","title":{"rendered":"White House Veterans hotline is live"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.militarytimes.com\/articles\/white-house-veterans-complaint-line?utm_source=Sailthru&#038;utm_medium=email&#038;utm_campaign=EBB%206.1.17&#038;utm_term=Editorial%20-%20Military%20-%20Early%20Bird%20Brief\">Military Times<\/a>, the White House Veterans&#8217; Complaint Hotline is live;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The phone line \u2014 live now at 855-948-2311 \u2014 is designed to \u201ccollect, process and respond to the complaints of individual veterans in a responsive, timely and accountable manner,\u201d according to Department of Veterans Affairs officials.<\/p>\n<p>VA Secretary David Shulkin on Wednesday described the initial rollout of the line as a soft launch, with \u201clive-answer agents\u201d receiving and processing some of the calls. He promised that by Aug. 15, the hotline will have continuous coverage from a live operator 24 hours a day, every day of the week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is something the president had talked about,\u201d he told reporters. \u201cWe&#8217;re going to be testing that system starting tomorrow and fine-tuning it over the next several months.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So there you go, someone to bitch at.
