All five were apprehended within 40 minutes after a brief chase, according to the release.<\/p>\n<p>The four adults are each charged with aggravated burglary and will be arraigned Thursday morning in General Sessions Court.<\/p>\n<p>They are Quentin Childress, 20, of Jackson, Jaylon Chiles, 18, of Biloxi, Miss., Amar Johnson, 21, of Jackson, and Kendrick McMullin, 19, of Jackson.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>chooee sends a link from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wzzm13.com\/news\/local\/muskegon\/2-men-shot-at-muskegon-heights-gas-station-expected-to-be-ok\/440323341\">Muskegon Heights, Michigan<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Police responded around 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 16, to the Marathon gas station near West Hackley Avenue and Seaway Drive on a report of a shooting.<\/p>\n<p>Muskegon Heights Police Chief Joseph Thomas Jr. confirms two men aged in their early to mid 30s were shot. One of whom was an employee of the station, he said. <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s possible one of the men shot is the suspect; there is no more apparent threat to the public.<\/p>\n<p>They were taken to Muskegon-area hospitals, where they&#8217;re expected to recover from their injuries.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Don sends a link from <a href=\"http:\/\/5newsonline.com\/2017\/05\/16\/charges-dropped-against-woman-who-shot-at-teen-trying-to-allegedly-rape-neighbors-dog\/\">Centerton, Arkansas<\/a> where it&#8217;s reported that Kerrie Lenkerd won&#8217;t face charges for shooting at a dog-rapist;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>She told police that the boy was in his boxers and he was sexually assaulting the neighbor\u2019s dog.<\/p>\n<p>She took a gun from her safe and approached him and ordered him to get on the ground, the warrant states. She said he jumped the fence and so she went after him and fired a shot into the ground to scare him.<\/p>\n<p>Officers spoke with the boy who said Lenkerd came around and pointed a gun at him and told him to put his hands up. He said he didn\u2019t see a badge so she he jumped the fence and ran away in his underwear. He said Lenkerd fired a shot about five or 10 seconds after he jumped the fence.<\/p>\n<p>The boy told police that when he got home he changed his clothes and told his mom a false story before meeting with police. The court documents states the boy does not want to pursue charges and law enforcement does not object to this decision.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/okcfox.com\/news\/local\/police-robbery-victim-shoots-at-suspect\">Oklahoma City, Oklahoma<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>An officer caught up with the 79-year-old man who stated he had just been robbed. The man told police he was getting gas at 1028 N. MacArthur when a man ran up behind him and grabbed his wallet from his back pocket and fled the area. The victim then grabbed a gun from his truck and fired several shots at the man&#8217;s feet because &#8220;he didn&#8217;t want to shoot anyone else&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Police were able to identify the suspect as 55-year-old Kervin Leon Gardiner. Gardiner was arrested May 15 on complaints of robbery in the first degree.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/thetandd.com\/news\/local\/crime-and-courts\/resident-intruder-swap-gunfire\/article_745e9f95-d586-5470-ba07-b87a7ba9e111.html\">Orangeburg County, South Carolina<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Mount Carmel Road resident said he heard someone walking across his kitchen floor at 4:45 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>He jumped up and armed himself with his handgun.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s when he noticed a man coming toward his bedroom.<\/p>\n<p>The resident said he shot at the intruder out of fear for his own safety. The intruder returned fire.<\/p>\n<p>The intruder exited the house and the two continued to exchange fire.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies noticed the man\u2019s front door had been kicked in. The intruder left a pair of Nike flip-flops on the front porch.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Chief Tango sends a link from <a href=\"http:\/\/wreg.com\/2017\/05\/17\/homeowner-fights-back-wounding-suspected-burglar\/\">Memphis, Tennessee<\/a>;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Tuesday evening, the victim was leaving his home in the 5100 block of Horn Lake Road headed to work when he noticed a man rummaging through his car.<\/p>\n<p>Seeing the homeowner, the suspect reportedly jumped out of the vehicle and charged at the man.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities said that\u2019s when the homeowner opened fire, striking him.
