Bond fellow. He keeps popping up in our inbox because of the way he wears his Marine Corps uniform. If he took the time to get a VSO to help him get a CAR added to a DD215, he&#8217;d probably be successful in that endeavor.<\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s wearing corporal stripes (E-4), but the Corps says he was discharged as a <del datetime=\"2017-05-04T13:44:05+00:00\">Lance Corporal (E-3)<\/del> Private First Class (E-2). <\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t recognize many of the medals he&#8217;s wearing, so I suppose they&#8217;re some of those Commemorative Medals that folks sell on the internet.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not calling him a phony, because he&#8217;s not, but he is a little weird.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jJpyrQWmuns\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The folks at Military Phonies send us their work on this James E.
