This is the Trump era.  The lawlessness, the abdication of the duty to enforce our immigration laws and the catch and release practices of old are over,&#8221; Sessions said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A second attempt to enter the United States without proper paper will be a felony, as opposed to being a misdemeanor last week.
