Spencer was DOT (dead over there) at the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.click2houston.com\/news\/girlfriend-accidentally-shot-when-man-opens-fire-on-intruder\">Houston, Texas<\/a>, two men and a woman forced their way into an apartment where the resident met them with gunfire. All three were shot by that resident and they were sent to the hospital by responding police.
