Here is the DD214 that he hands out to folks;<\/p>\n<p><center> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/?attachment_id=70977\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-70977\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Harry-Mercer-DD214-232x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"232\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-70977\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Harry-Mercer-DD214-232x300.jpg 232w, https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Harry-Mercer-DD214-768x995.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Harry-Mercer-DD214-257x333.jpg 257w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 232px) 100vw, 232px\" \/><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p>If I&#8217;m not mistaken, the Marines don&#8217;t call their Naval Parachutist Badge &#8220;Gold Jump Wings&#8221; nor do they call the Diver Insignia a &#8220;Scuba Bubble&#8221; on their DD214s. They probably spell &#8220;Expert&#8221; correctly, too. I see on the DD214, he also claims to be Recon and that he attended &#8220;Seal&#8221; training.<\/p>\n<p>I see in the picture above that he&#8217;s wearing a Combat Action Ribbon, the Vietnam Service Medal and Vietnam Cross of Gallantry.
