The victim told officers he and two friends had been walking from a diner in the area when two masked men, armed with guns, approached them and demanded money. The victim said as he was getting money from his pockets when one of the men began pistol-whipping him.<\/p>\n

The victim said he fought back and was able to get the gun away from one of the men. He said he was shot in the right shoulder and returned fire, hitting one of the men.<\/p>\n

Both alleged robbers fled, but an injured [Kornelle Davis, 21] stumbled into a diner parking lot where police found him.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

From Charleston, South Carolina<\/a>;<\/p>\n

Investigators have learned that a female victim was returning home and attempting to enter her apartment when she was rushed from behind by two males who attempted to rob her.<\/p>\n

A man inside the apartment heard the commotion, went outside and confronted one of the males, police said.<\/p>\n

There was gunfire and a robbery suspect \u2014 later identified as [Joseph] Frazier \u2014 was shot, police said.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Mr Frazier, the crook, was DRT.<\/p>\n

Mansfield police say Cody Carl Parker shot and killed James Hewitt after he saw Hewitt vandalizing his vehicle Sunday.<\/p>\n

Parker now is charged with second degree murder in the death of Hewitt.<\/p>\n

Parker approached Hewitt with a rifle and Hewitt tried to flee, but Parker shot him as he ran.<\/p>\n
