As an example, consider the case of poor \u201cyoung\u201d Hussein Khavari.<\/p>\n
Khavari entered Greece in 2013.\u00a0 He was a \u201c17 year old refugee\u201d from Afghanistan.<\/p>\n
While in Greece, for some reason on Corfu Khavari threw a 20-year-old female student off a cliff.\u00a0 Unluckily for Khavari, she survived \u2013 and identified him as her assailant.<\/p>\n
Khavari was then incarcerated by Greek authorities.\u00a0 But for reasons that aren’t readily apparent he was later released.<\/p>\n
Khavari sneaked into Germany in 2015.\u00a0 He again claimed to be an “unaccompanied 17 year old” seeking asylum.<\/p>\n
Well, it seems that Khavari has some other legal issues now.\u00a0 He\u2019s now in German custody for having attacked a second<\/em> female student in October, 2016.\u00a0 This time his victim was a 19-year-old medical student.<\/p>\n Only this time . . . Khavari apparently was successful in murdering the lady.\u00a0 After raping her.<\/p>\n When arrested for the crime last December Khavari once again claimed to be 17 years old.\u00a0 Under German law, Khavari being a juvenile at the time of his crime would have limited his sentence to 10 years.<\/p>\n But German authorities have now determined\u00a0Khavari was at least 22 years old<\/em> at the time of his German crime.\u00a0 He can thus be tried as an adult under German law.\u00a0 That in turn means he’s looking at a possible life sentence.<\/p>\n It also means he hoodwinked both Greek and German authorities concerning his age when he entered both countries. If he was 22 in October 2016, it is not possible for him to have been 17 at any time during 2013.<\/p>\n Gee.\u00a0 It seems as if both Greece and Germany had difficulty in vetting this . . . individual’s claims.\u00a0 I wonder why.<\/p>\n It couldn’t be that he was falsely claiming to be a “juvenile refugee” to hide either a terrorist or criminal past, could it?<\/p>\n If anyone reading this needs further justification for limiting \u201crefugee\u201d entry into the US to those who can and have been thoroughly screened prior to entry<\/em><\/span>, I suggest you re-read this article \u2013 as well as the linked article here<\/a> <\/em>that gives further details.<\/p>\n Anyone of at least moderately-below-average intellect or better should \u201cget it\u201d after re-reading those articles no more than twice.\u00a0 I’d guess most people won’t have to re-read squat for the proverbial “light to come on”.\u00a0 But a few might miss the point the first time around.<\/p>\n If you don\u2019t “get it” after having read the articles 3 times, well, that tells us something too.\u00a0 After all:\u00a0 there’s always those few who are “special”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
