Well, coming out of Polk County, Florida is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theledger.com\/news\/20161220\/eagle-lake-grinch-accused-of-stealing-from-toys-for-tots\">a story of a Grinch<\/a> who is also an alleged thief of the most despicable intent and unbelievable proportions. According to Sheriff Grady Judd, his department is holding Tammy Strickland\/Rivera of Eagle Lake on 166 felony and 28 misdemeanor charges involving theft by fraud from the county\u2019s Toys for Tots program. Due to the high number of offenses, bail was set at $180,000 which apparently is unattainable for Strickland\/Rivera in spite of her being the proprietor of a tax preparation service and driver of a Cadillac. From the Lakeland Ledger:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Judd expressed unabashed glee several times during the news conference at Strickland&#8217;s arrest. He noted Strickland told arresting deputies, &#8220;I guess I&#8217;m going someplace else,&#8221; when informed of her bond amount.<br \/>\n&#8220;Yeah, Tammy, you&#8217;re going someplace else. You&#8217;re going to where we lock up Grinches.
