Each one qualifies him for prosecution under the provisions of the Stolen Valor Act. We&#8217;re told that he also claims to be a retired First Sergeant.<\/p>\n<p>Well, according to the National Personnel Records Center, none of that is true. He was a Petroleum Supply Specialist in the National Guard and he deployed during Desert Storm. No valor awards, no jump wings, no time in the infantry.
