Instead, that would be Petty Officer 1st Class Joe Sailor. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure that swabbies will be upset by &#8220;this tectonic shift in Navy\u2019s personnel system&#8221; as the Navy Times calls it, but the rest of us will be relieved that we can finally understand WTF their ranks are now. Next thing you know, they&#8217;ll have to have to say &#8220;left&#8221; and &#8220;right&#8221; instead of &#8220;port&#8221; and &#8220;starboard&#8221;.
